I would like a mural please! How does it work?

Wonderful news!

The time it takes and the price depends on

  • the size of the mural
  • the detail
  • whether it is a ceiling or wall piece. (Ceilings take more work and time)

After a short design process over email and phone, 2-3 sketches and physical samples of the paint technique. Holly will travel and work on location, usually minimum 1 week and paint your space!

Can my print/painting be framed?

Yes we offer framing on every product, (except for extra large paintings being shipped abroad). Please get in touch with us to find out about framing options hello@hollybiorklund.com

Will my framed print be ready to hang when it arrives?

Yes! Every framed print has a bracket attached to the back (appropriate for it’s size and weight) that makes it ready for you to hang. You just need to put a nail or screw in the wall.

Do you accept refunds?

We do not accept returns on any customised prints, because they have been uniquely made for you!

Am I able to track my order?

Yes definitely! When your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes all your tracking information.

Can I send someone a gift?

Yes! In the shopping cart section there is an area for notes. If you'd like to send someone a gift please write this in the notes and any message you'd like to send with the gift.

How long is the delivery time?

Shipping & Delivery

United States (US): please allow 5–10 business days.

United Kingdom (UK) & European Union (EU): please allow 3–7 business days.

Rest of world: please allow 7–14 business days.

Rates: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and item size/weight.

Customs & taxes: customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes may apply to all destinations (including the US/UK/EU). Any fees are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility; the courier may collect them before or upon delivery.

Packaging: all artworks are packed with care to protect them in transit.

Does it work to ship the very large paintings? (over 80cm)

Yes! It works exactly the same way to ship a smaller painting or package. We know exactly how to wrap and package the large paintings, with many layers of bubble wrap and cardboard to protect them during shipping.
